SIDING
There are many exterior cladding options these days to help you create the perfect facade. Jensen Exteriors can supply and professionally install any type of siding or cladding you desire. Most common in our climate are James Hardie fiber cement products which include lap siding, board and batten, shake, and panel/Easy Trim systems. We also supply, custom stain, and install a variety of kiln dried Cedar, Hemlock, and Fir products. If maintenance is of concern or you require non-combustible cladding then products such as Lux Panel and Longboard are a great option. In addition, if budget is a concern, we can work with you to choose a quality vinyl siding that will give you a finished look to be proud of.
STUCCO
Stucco is a durable exterior cladding that can outlast brick and traditional siding. It is very low-maintenance and protects your home from the assault of the elements. Our acrylic finishes can be matched to any color you desire. We also offer a variety of different stucco finishes and textures to suit any taste.

In addition, stucco can provide excellent insulation with an EIFS system. EIFS (exterior insulation and finishing system) incorporates continuous exterior foam insulation in various thicknesses making your home extremely energy-efficient.
SOFFIT
Choices are numerous when it comes to soffit. There are many color options in pre-finished aluminum and vinyl applications. We also custom stain and install a variety of kiln dried wood tongue and groove products including Cedar, Hemlock, Pine, and Fir products. Lux Panel and Longboard have products for soffit applications as well.

PAINTING AND STAINING
The Okanagan Valley has extremely hot summers and cold winters. It pays to apply the right paint and stain products to ensure it can hold up to extreme conditions the exterior of your home faces. We use the best quality paints and stains and apply them to properly prepared materials in acceptable conditions so your finish is durable and will hold up for years. We want your house to look beautiful and stay that way for as long as possible!
CONTINUOUS GUTTERS
Gutters come in a variety of shapes, colors, and materials, but in the end, they are all supposed to do the same thing: protect your home from the elements. We provide a variety of products with the most common and cost-effective being continuous aluminum gutters. Leaf guard systems are available which are effective at eliminating costly maintenance and cleaning. Conventional and decorative rain chains are a nice aesthetic touch and can be effective for areas where fastening conventional downpipes is a challenge. We also specialize in European half-round steel and copper gutters that can add elegance to the right home.
TIMBER DETAILS
Decorative timber accents can dramatically change the appearance of your home. Dress up any home with custom-designed knee braces, corbels, or false truss details.

We also specialize in timber framing. Designing and installing structural post & beam entrances, trellis's & pergola's, and outdoor kitchens & bars. Jensen Exteriors works with highly skilled craftsmen for this important aspect of your home's finishing. Accents and framing can be done in glulam or kiln-dried Cedar and Fir.
